Manchester City continued their travels around the United States as they pitched up in New York whilst Micah kept up his blogs for the official website.
Part of the time has been taken up promoting the new Manchester City away strip, with a collection of players – including Micah, Joe Hart and Emmanuel Adebayor – taking part in street football games.
Yaya Toure, another new addition to the squad following his switch from Barcelona, joined his new teammates, whilst England international Gareth Barry returned from a short break following his World Cup excursions.
In between, Micah and the City squad recounted tales of Frank Sinatra and all things New York from their base in New Jersey.

After a couple of days travelling for different parts of the tour party we are back together now and in New York.
Well actually we are in New Jersey in the district where I am informed Frank Sinatra was born.
We have a spectacular view over the Hudson River at Manhattan which is stunning both day and night but it is really, really, hot. It got close to 100 degrees yesterday and there is plenty of humidity too.
Not had much time for singing – even though I know one or two of Sinatra’s songs – because yesterday was taken up travelling from Oregon and today I have been helping with the launch of the new away kit.
