Micah has been named the Etihad Player of the Month for February after a fine run of form in recent weeks.
The 22-year old, who has been impressive both defensively and offensively, received 33% of the total vote ahead of Spanish wizard David Silva and defender Vincent Kompany.
Solid displays by the right-back included a goal in the 5-0 FA Cup win over Notts County and an accomplished outing in the derby against league leaders Manchester United.
The award will be presented to Micah by Mark Berisford, a City fan who was drawn from a hat and who will travel to the club’s training ground to meet the young defender.
On the award, Micah said:
“It’s great to be named the Etihad Player of the Month, particularly because it’s voted for by the City fans themselves – thanks to everyone who voted for me.”
